I you are a buyer and you have a credit sitting in your account you cannot withdraw it you will have to spend it here on Fiverr. I hope that helps. 🙂

You have to spend it on Fiverr, AND you have to spend it on a gig that is $5. It can’t be applied as a partial payment on larger orders.
