This question keeps being posted over and over. To all you people who post this: what is it about the message that you don’t understand? I really want to know, because to me it’s very clear: in order for you to do A, you need to do B first.

Do you understand it differently? Is there a reason you don’t just contact support to find out what you need to do to withdraw your funds? Or do you think this forum IS customer support? I’m just wondering…not that it matters, because I’m sure it’ll just get posted again in a day or two.
