Gig denied - Third party intellectual property complaint

There is no way that I actually stole someone’s intellectual property since all the image was made by me on photoshop and I also wrote the text in the gig description. How can I find out what they claim that I have stolen?

There are many other active gigs on fiverr that offer the exact same service and they are still up. In my opinion it is ridiculous that my gig can be taken down immediately without any investigation. It could simply be a competitor that is sabotaging other gigs to get more purchases.

Have any of you had to deal with similar issues? How were they resolved?

What should I do, should I simply post another gig?

you have to contact the support for the specific reason if you can’t figure out the cause.

I have seen others post about this but I don’t know of any that got their gig reinstated. If you put the same exact gig back up Fiverr might close your account. What service did your gig offer? It may be possible to make a good educated guess on what went wrong.
