Cannot find my gig anywhere-advice

Hi I am level 1 seller completed over 110 orders but still have not moved to level 2 eventhough 2 months have passed. Now I can’t even find my gig anywhere even though it has got some 25 ratongs can somene just help…Will support centre help me or simply it is a waste of time…
