Getting more satisfied customers

Hello all,



i tried an idea for a week; while asking profile or offer visitor to contact and confirm with me for design before hey order.

i get less sales.

then i thought to add a request to buyer in INSTRUCTIONS FOR BUYER to try to draw a sketch and send.



this resulted in quite good idea which worked for me.

my almost 40 to 30% buyers have sent sketches.



so they get what they expect.

& that’s why they are happy.
