Seller does not respond

Since paying in full for a logo, the Seller does not respond. He was very responsive prior to purchasing but since the order was placed, nothing. Absolutely no response.

I question the reviews this Seller has, and I questioned this website.

First time buyer and not impressed.

What are my options?

Your option is to contact support. Try buyer with higher level and 99% + rating.
