I would like to know how to setup a referral program where a fiverr seller sends a customer to me and the customer makes a purchase, then payment goes to the fiverr seller who sent them to me.

I don’t think that exists, but it would be a cool idea.

I just saved a gig this afternoon from another seller, thinking I might send work their way one day if my buyers ask for the service their providing.

You could put this in the suggestion area of the forums or send the idea/request to Fiverr Customer Support. The forums are mainly made up of Fiverr sellers and a few buyers so staff isn’t likely to see it here.
