^Point. I think Fiverr needs to come out and state clearly what they think an “excellent rating” is. 90% is pretty damn good, maybe he just got unlucky and got one of those impossible-to-satisfy buyers. I think Fiverr should state clearly the criteria plus remove the 30 days user limit on Level 1.
