Best tool for fiverr EVER!

Hi, I’m a seller on fiverr, I always got confused when I got more orders and mixed up one order with another and I always seemed to forget, I use a Google chrome extension that highlights with different colors certain words, All I do is type in the users name and it highlights it for me its good for more uses… its called Multi-Highlight on google extension… Just thought I would share and another tool I use allows me to preset shortcuts to things I always say so for instance BRB would instantly change it to “be right back” without me typing that… and this extension is called.
