beatcraigslist
Upload it to a private file host like Mediafire, and have the buyer download it from there. That way its only available to you two and the other side needs the download link to get access.

asprin
I would advise you to contact CS on this issue. There shouldn’t be a problem downloading files from the order page.
fame07
I always have that problem. Fiverr needs to fix problem. I usually get my videos through drop box since fiverr sucks at fixing its problems.
orcatek
I use dropbox all the time. Many of the video projects I do are way to large for Fiverr. I also post to YouTube for clients. Long as you do all communication via Fiverr you should be fine with TOS.
timelyservices
Drop box is a better option.
sethlowell
I cannot download the work I paid for either. All I can do is view it.
Anna
What kind of work is it? If you ordered something in a category in which the watermark feature is enabled ( for example logo, illustrations etc) , I believe you have to accept the work first before being able to download it. fusionmarketing
For my larger files, such as videos I simply upload them to Google DriveIt’s free and secure.I then provide the download links to my customers.Hope that helps.

lulzpedia
I would suggest you to use mega.co.nz ( 50 GB Free Space )
flatio
Either use an external host (like Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, MediaFire or Mega.nz) or tell your client to right click on attachment and choose “Save Target As…” which fixes the bug.
