Is anyone having problems with uploading?

I’ve been having problems with uploading files… Does anyone have any tips to avoid this? I’ve tried different browsers but it turns out to do the same thing. It usually uploads the complete file and then it says error. This happens when I use the new uploader. When I use the old uploader it simple doesn’t allow it and sends me to an error window. I’ve been having to upload to dropbox 😕 I would appreciate any help. File size average is 50 MB

There have been a few issues with uploading using the New Uploader recently 😦



You might be as well just to drop the guys in Customer Support a message and give them the heads up you’re having a problem 🙂

Ahhhh I see :/It’s kinda hard for me to keep them under 50 mb. I work with video =( But thanks for the heads up guys. I really appreciate it.

I had the same problem with all browser but solved after uninstalling flash plugin and emptying the browsers cash. 🙂

Thanks guys for your help! I’ve since upgraded my dropbox account and it actually makes things easier for me =) Because I can turn off my computer and when I turn it back on… it continues where it left off =)
