New to selling.. how does Fiverr know you've done a gig? Should I accept this person's order?

Hi there! I’m new to selling gigs on fiverr, but I’m not sure how the payment system works out. My gig is giving my buyers a lesson on any phrase in Vietnamese they’d like to learn. One of my buyer wants to call by phone. (I have a google voice number, so privacy won’t be a problem) Will Fiverr be able to know that I delivered the gig?

Calling by phone is a violation of Fiverr’s TOS.
