Guest nocturnal000 Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 My buyer bought 3 Gigs instead of one and then he cancelled additional two Gigs and now my overall rating in down. So, what I should do now? Please someone help me about that.Thanks 🙂
catwriter Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 Talk to your buyer and explain the problem to him. Your buyer can contact Customer Support and ask them to remove the negative ratings, since he didn’t actually want to rate you negatively, he just wanted to cancel the orders which he placed by mistake.
