Level one seller? can someone help?

I have been on the site for over 30 days, have done over 50 orders, and have gotten nothing but positive reviews? can anyone help me figure out why I have not been made a level 1 seller yet? is it because I have been late on a couple orders?? thanks

Have you ever gotten an account warning and or violated Fiverr’s TOS? That effects ability to move up. Btw, I like your videos. 🙂
