Cannot view responses - only the 1st line of each in the summary page

Message is from Fiverr inbox … I click on the first line of the message and all I get is a blank response panel …

I am having the exact same issue. I received an email yesterday. First, it never was sent on through to my regular email account, so I didn’t know I had it until today. Then only the heading (first line) was available. I opened it and it was blank.
