Fiverr.com - Umlauts / Umlaute not displayng correctly

Hi,

today is the first time I discovered that umlauts like “ÖÄÜöäüß” are not displayed correctly in the discussion between seller and buyer. They are displayed as “�”. I never experienced this problem before - what happen? utf8 conflict?
