I never received my order

How do I contact Fiverr. i am an idiot and cannot figure out how to communicate with a representative of Fiverr to give me my money back or get the seller to deliver.

On the notification bar (Left to the message tab) you can find the gig you have order , click on it , your order page will open and by scrolling down you will find an option to message the seller to deliver your work or you can click on the resolution center at the right side beside the activity and cancel the gig you have ordered and get your money back .
