How do I decide on the best graphic designer?

I’m looking for an excellent graphic designer to design a flyer for online marketing. How on Earth do I choose between all the people available?

With graphic gigs i would be looking at feedback and above all else the work samples. You could pick a few sellers and communicate a bit before you pick the seller that seems best for the task. Depending on your budget, another option is to buy a base 5$ gig from multiple sellers and then pick one who you order a more polished version from.
