thefacebookgeek
Imagine having your gig listed on @oldbittygrandma profile page as if it’s her own gig! Fiverrtisements!Basically, the idea is: seller buy spots to highlight/include their own gig on other seller’s profile page.Seller can set his own price for the spots/listings for a certain period of time.$-)
thefacebookgeek
and oh… the seller can approve/deny Fiverrtisement requests according to his likings. Some sellers who provide graphics might not want gig that sells backlinks on his list on profile. Also mention number of slots occupied and slots that are still available 🙂

thefacebookgeek
I actually took the idea from my blogging experience. Reputable blogs ‘sell’ ad space out. And like I said, seller can deny any requests that would ‘hurt’ their reputation… Apart from their actual gigs, this can be another source of income for sellers/fiverr…
jake2828
The problem is that the advertisement would act as “leaks” and therefore the seller’s whose profile the ads are on is likely to get less orders. This is a bad idea and would have a negative impact on sales. You mentioned it works on blogs, blogs provide content not services!

antwanadds
This is totally possible and I would like that too.For example I don’t do testimonials, Im not good at it and its not my thing. I would love to promote some other seller because Its not competing with ANY of my gigs and I will not lose a single sale. + a little extra income on the side.If the seller who wants to promote on my page is respectable, I would love to help him out as long as he is not a competitor. Its a WIN WIN situation because he will earn more money due to this advertisement + I will earn some extra income because of that advertisement. As long as you can filter what kind of gigs are promoted on your page, everything will be just fine.
