1 Sale 1 Positive Yet Rating 0% Can anyone figure this out?

The day before yesterday I got first order on one of my new gigs, yesterday buyer left Positive review. According to my Knowledge and math, rating of my gig should be 100% yet it dropped to 0%. How could that even possible? Logically, bad rating for gig should have a negative impact on my profile rating, but its still 100%. Numbers are not adding up for me may be you can solve this mystery.

Well! They are fast. I posted a ticket to resolve this issue just before creating this discussion and they have resolved it as soon as i finished it. Now that’s called good customer support.
