chaihock Posted February 21, 2013 Share Posted February 21, 2013 Hi guys!Just wondering why am I not level 1 yet ?When I viewed my profile, it says that I joined fiverr 30 days ago. Yeah 30 days.Also, I have made over 40+ COMPLETED sales together with 10+ current active orders. This comes to a closing of near 60 orders in total. I have only about 6 canceled orders and a 96% rating. Only 1 negative review and the rest are positives.When does the server update the level statuses ?Any help here ?I’m just very excited to start using the gig extras so my clients would not have to place multiple orders on my gigs as well as it allows me to diversify and add value to the way I service my gigs.Thanks in advance for any help. vicmazonas Posted February 21, 2013 Share Posted February 21, 2013 If you’re overdue to be upgraded, you might benefit from contacting Customer Support (see the link at the top of this page) to see if they can help you. Your feedback rating and cancellation percentage are both good, so it’s unlikely (but not impossible) they have caused a delay in you being upgraded.
