I think the view counter for Fiverr gigs may be broken

I’ve been getting messages pertaining to one of my newer gigs, where someone has visited my gig, and then clicked on “contact seller” to inquire about my gig. However, my view count is at 0.



I’ve also heard a lot of sellers say their gigs are not getting any views, or that it is still at 0 after many days of creation and such.



Could the view counter not be working properly?

UPDATE: I got a response from customer support about this issue.



"Thank you for getting back to us. Unfortunately at this time gig view counters are not updating properly, so you won’t be seeing accurate increase in gig views. Sorry for the current inconvenience. "

It is true my gigs are stuck on 0 and 8 views when I got some new orders. I thought it is possible for buyer to buy my gigs without increasing the view counter, maybe they bought the gig from my profile?

I am really Upset now! because I am not getting any order, It’s happening to me too. I’ve been getting quite a few PMs related to one gig

is this still the case as I have had no views for all three of my gigs and they are a month old now. I also can’t find them when I search for them via the keywords I used
