Why Can't I Buy a Gig?

I’m trying to buy a gig–actually, a set of 8 gigs. I get them into my shopping cart okay, then when I press the “pay now” button, I get redirected to a page that doesn’t have anything to do with buying anything. I can’t believe it’s this hard to buy a gig. Most people almost certainly wouldn’t have the persistence to try more than once or twice.

I would send screenshots to Fiverr’s support. Is it redirecting you on every browser you try to order from?

Hi Codex10168 Sounds frustrating. Are you trying to buy 8 units of the same Gig? Try using the Order Now button instead of the shopping cart balance. If it’s 8 different gigs you should create a screen shot and contact Customer Support: http://support.fiverr.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
