Website re-design with video background on landing pages

I need to re-design my business website. I want to use motion video background on each of the five landing pages and even further within the page categories if possible. Still backgrounds are static and boring, video background will be the new norm shortly and I want to get ahead on it now. My business is travel oriented so I need the website to “take my visitors away to where they want to be”. Look at http://www.dromoland.ie/ as an example. The video clips we can purchase at places like Pond5, here is an example of one I want to use as a potential Home Page background, it is peaceful and not too distracting so we can overlay my company name in the right corner area. http://www.pond5.com/stock-footage/10882576/young-couple-snorkeling-clean-water-next-resort.html Beyond designing the site I will need you to maintain and update it monthly.
