Services not fulfilled

Hi. I don’t know the correct place to post this so I hope this is okay.



I brought a gig recently (the design of a logo) and paid for extras that were for the gig to have top priority and unlimited revisions and for the gig to include editable vector files.



I did not receive the vector files, the service and competence was appalling and very unprofessional.



When I try to contact the user now I get a message telling me the user no longer exists. The resolution centre just tells me contact the seller…



Is there nothing I can to do to report the seller (they have made a new ‘fake’ account and tried to contact me through it) or get my money back? I paid $15!!! I did make a thought out decision when choosing the person in question but there was so much information on there account that I now realise was fake!!

If you cant contact the seller then create a support ticket here http://support.fiverr.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Might take a while before you get an answer but they will be able to help you.
