everythinggirl
All of the orders I received today did not have the required information, but a message instead saying it was left blank. Is this happening to everyone?
itsyourthing
There is a thread in “The Ranting Pot” about this glitch. http://forum.fiverr.com/discussion/51740/now-buyers-don039t-have-to-leave-instructions#Item_26
freelancemm
I got that issue before and recently it just said “body” and the buyer said they put in the required info, so I think their requirement box is getting a bittt buggy. Do note that you may have to check your box as “required” or it is possible for an individual to leave it blank.
dtongsports
Yep, same problem here.

I just went through and double-checked that "optional" was NOT selected on any of my gigs. I have to admit I get nervous every time I edit my gigs - what will the chain reaction be? It would be nice if CS would let everyone know that they are working on fixing these issues.
freelancemm
Reply to @itsyourthing: Yeah, I actually wasn’t super awake when I wrote that. That is what I was referring to, thanks for clearing it up for anyone that may have been puzzled. haha
itsyourthing
Reply to @freelancemm: Not a problem. 🙂 You may have noticed I said “on MY gigs” just in case it’s different on different accounts. With Fiverr wackiness who knows what applies to whom and when.
