Hello, i have a problem with my WITHDRAWALS to my paypal account.

my withdrawals are not send to my paypal acount. So i want to change the emailadres. The only thing i got is the security question witch is ok, and then an email was send to the same paypal emailadres, but i never recieved any email. Why cant i change the email or check if this emailadres for my paypal is correct?

Can anyone please help me?
