FIVER please read and help

I have had over 25 orders since Aug 2014 and I have not got paid a penny by fiverr since then. After all this time the funds are still clearing and it seems to be stuck that way. I contact fiverr 3 weeks ago and they say they will look into it and nothing since then and they ignore my requests for udpate. It is so sad to have had so many sales yet not get paid by fiverr and they are not doing anything about it. Anyone have this issue? How can I get my money? Thanks

Please stop spamming the forums with duplicates of this message. Fiverr employees rarely ever read these forums. The best way to get in contact with Fiverr is to do as you have already done – contact Customer Service. If they already responded to you, then they are aware of the issue. If you must, contact them again, but please be patient.



Unfortunately, no one on these forums will be able to help you solve this issue.

Reply to @golnazgh: I’d say not unless the seller or all buyers did something unusual, no. Stick with Customer Support or chalk it up. Sorry. Please stop spamming.

Yeah sorry if this was considered spam! Nothing unusual was going on. I was recently upgraded and had 5 star rating… anyway I guess I’ll just consider the $100 gone!
