Customer support is taking too long to resolve the issue, and now my buyer is claiming to go elsewhere for the work. arghhh!! extremely frustrating. We work so hard, and this opportunity comes along, and there is nothing I can do to help. You’d think that for an issue of that magnitude, we could get some extra attention?? Well, at least I know they are working on it, and they have always done a great job in the past, so I’ll keep my fingers crossed and hope gpfor the best.
