I am at risk of losing a very large order

My buyer ran into a bug accepting and paying for a custom price quote. Customer support is taking too long to resolve the issue, and now my buyer is claiming to go elsewhere for the work. arghhh!! extremely frustrating. We work so hard, and this opportunity comes along, and there is nothing I can do to help. You’d think that for an issue of that magnitude, we could get some extra attention?? Could someone PLEASE help??
