Why does it take so long to clear funds?

I have the payment for over 12 orders waiting to clear since October. I researched this and it says everywhere that it should take 14 days but its been 3 months now.



Is anyone else having this problem? And, what can I do to sort it out?

I am having the same problem! Just so you know! IF you figure something out, clue me in! I will look around myself!

I would contact support, I recently got my orders in.



It shouldn’t take 3 months to get them money onto your fiverr account

I’ve still be trying to find out, but is says that it still being cleared! I’ll let you know if and when it gets cleared and hopefully it will be resolved for both of us.

Reply to @seanc99: Fiverr states that the funds will be cleared within 14-17 days, 21 days if you are shipping something. This should be a concern!
