Cancellation of Order after Completion of Order

I had a bad ratting & I want to cancel the order so the buyer gets his money back & I get my ratting back. My case is I have got order marked & ratted. I have ratted seller too. I clicked on cancel but I am not sure if ratting will get 100% back again. If not i would want to keep the order and abort the cancellation.

No, if you cancel the order, the negative feedback will remain.



The best approach is to message the buyer and ask them to remove their feedback, and in turn, you can refund them.

I don’t think they can remove the feedback , option goes off once you have marked completed & ratted for us & I think it goes same for them too

Reply to @mrproofreading: I am talking about that case, let’s say he just accepts it & order got canceled , will ratting remain there? I don’t think there’s option for him to remove the ratting.

He needs to remove his feedback/ask customer support to remove his feedback prior to the cancellation.

Hey everyone , thanks for comments. I got solution for it. I asked him nicely & offered him to do 3 gigs for free & he did change ratting for me from 4.5 to 5 🙂
