Making a request after the order has been completed

I need assistance. I received my order and gave the seller a good rating because he stuck to his turn around time and completed the order as I requested. However, I sent my business cards to different print shops and they all said the same thing “the dpi resolution is not sufficient at 300 dpi, if we print it will be blurry.” I’ve been contacting the seller just to update the dpi but I have been unsuccessful in getting a response. What would you recommend I do at this point. Because Fiverr states if I request money from the seller or contact there help without first reaching out to the seller my account could be suspended, and I do not want tht to happen. Any suggestions?

I’d suggest you try yet another printer. 300 dpi is perfectly fine for printing business cards. Consider getting them printed online, places like VistaPrint are very affordable and I’ve seen good quality printing from them at 200 dpi.

The only exception would be that the designer didn’t design at 300 (or higher) and simply re-sized to that resolution. In that case the printers should be telling you that.

Don't worry about being suspended - you've already tried to resolve things with the seller anyway. But keep in mind if you contact Customer Support, it may be awhile before you hear back from them.

If you'd like, you could send me the file as an attachment and I'll take a look at it to see what the problem might be. That way if you decide to have the project re-done, you'll know exactly what you need.
