"RESPONSIVENESS Time" Problem in my profile

Please visit my profile Average Response Time is showing 5 days.

It is absolutely wrong. It will be highest 1 hour.

I’m very upset about this. I informed “Fiverr” but did not minimum response.

Waiting for your great response. What can I do???

I feel like the average response time on Fiverr is random, my average time varies from 2 days to 1 hour, even though I reply within 12 hours.

Reply to @jackyheshi: Thanks jackyheshi for your comment. I have discussed only 5 client. So I know very well & recorded in my inbox. From the beginning up to now, I reply within 1/2, 1 or 2 hours. How is it possible average response time 5 days?

Also I 'm very upset on Fiverr, did not minimum response. strange 😦

I was upset that my responsiveness is at 2 hours - after seeing posts here, I guess I’m lucky I’m stuck there.
