My order is late (or I've been scammed)

My seller is 1 day late. I got a message from Fiverr and him, to colect the Logo I’ve paid, but he forgot to attach the image. When I told him, he apologised and said he would send it again…it’s been 12h and passed the time limit. Is this normal???

No, is not normal at all. It may happen to be late with the deliver but after he told You he will send again he should deliver it and also it will be nice from him to offer something as a bonus, for example source files, or to design a banner/business card…

This is how I think.



You can ask for cancel if You feel that.

But I can assure it is just a unfortunately case. Most Fiverr seller are not doing that.

Reply to @brunocampos: You won’t lose the money until you mark the order as complete. I think he’s trying to buy more time from you, which is silly of him. If I were you I would ask what is going on.

I did…no reply. I’ve canceled now. Waited 8 days for a very simple Logo. Paid 26$, but was thinking in ordering a website aswell…his lost. I’m contacting the support team also. If any of you guys can do me that logo let me know. Thanks
