Getting the money into my bank account

I have a big doubt…

Just started now on fiverr and am about to release my 1st gig but not sure about the “real” money part, as in, when i send the money from paypal to my bank account frequently, isn’t there any possibility the authorities from my country to suspect that constant income… tax free?!

You would have to make A LOT of money before you get taxed, I think it was 30k or something. (In the US)



But I dunno about Portugal

Reply to @seanc99: How do you figure 30k for the U.S.? I’ve always been told that, as a freelancer, if you make $600 in a given year, you must report the income.

Reply to @emeraldawnn: I looked it up, its actually 9,500$ per year before you are supposed to pay taxes. However, at that point you can file that as a hobby (Depending on the situation).



However I do not know anything about the laws over there 😦

Just wondering if anyone can tell me how long it takes for your revenue that is “pending clearance” to actually be available for withdrawal?
