Maybe he -or his kid or cat- was just trying that big green BUY button, I don’t know. Cancellation or no delivery might give me negative ranking. What to do? If I were you, I’d wait for at least 12 hours(I know I have big time differences all the time) until asking for a mutual cancellation.
