jldslancer
Ok so a strong storm is coming in my country and I am afraid that there might be power failures in the next coming days. My question is, should I suspend or switch it in vacation mode? I am fairly new to fiverr and I only have one express gig but luckily, I already have a number of regular customers. Thanks guys. sara1984
You could extend lead times and write a note at the top of your gig description explaining why. It’d be a shame to lose out on money if the power stayed put.
jazzy7
Depends what country your in I suppose and how long it usually takes the authorities to get the power back on. I know on the rare occasion I have a power failure from a storm its back on in a couple of hours.
solow13
You should pause your gigs till the storm is gone.
catwriter
Keep in mind that you can only use the vacation mode for 28 days per year. You could extend delivery times like sara1984 suggested, if you don’t expect a power outage to last for a month or something like that.
