Cancellation by buyer vs by seller vs request refund, what are the effects on ranking?

So in the first weeks I’ve had it almost all. Cancelled 3 buyers who worked of my nerves with their inability to clearly explain what they want or little show of respect (cancellation on my own initiative) cancelled one purchase before being finished and just requested a refund from a new seller who delivered unusable rubbish.



Three different situations, option #4 -which did no happen- is when buyers cancel. I wonder what are the effects for page ranking and reaching Level 2 etc. for me as seller?
