Negative Feedback After Order Completed

I received my first negative feedback after I delivered an order and ask the buyer whether there is anything she would like me to change. She completed the order and left negative review. I messaged the buyer to ask if there is anything that we can do in order to improve her experience with us, but nothing worked. So recently I wrote that we can refund her money if she agrees. She agreed.

My question is, if I do mutual cancellation and she accepts it, will that remove negative feedback?

or should she initiate mutual cancellation in order to remove the feedback?
