She completed the order and left negative review. I messaged the buyer to ask if there is anything that we can do in order to improve her experience with us, but nothing worked. So recently I wrote that we can refund her money if she agrees. She agreed.My question is, if I do mutual cancellation and she accepts it, will that remove negative feedback?or should she initiate mutual cancellation in order to remove the feedback?Thank you Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
