Of course, the buyer vanished, its nowhere, he stole the payment from me after he gave a positive review!<br /> I am angry! And I will find this buyer, I know what I advertised, I have enough information about who I was working for and I will write an article and tell the world that she is a thief! Do you have screenshots? Do you have proof that you did the work? Do you have proof that you delivered the work? If you do you are very lucky!

Fiverr can`t help me with this anyway. But no problem.

This buyer will regret that he/she did this to me, very bad. The process of my legal revenge just started.I invite all cheaters to buy from me!No problem, you will pay me back 1000 times more.Because my good friend LAW will help me with this. We have a motto in our region : who digs a pit for someone else, will fall into it, himself.

We discuss about fiverr problems in fiverr forum.

I already said TWO times that I have screen shots from this order.

Anyway, almost all sellers go through similar situations, I am talking about experienced sellers who are here for some time.We all asked fiverr to help us, but when a buyer disputes the founds, fiverr is not able to help for some reasons. I really appreciate your advice.

But I am NOT asking for an advice here. I already know what to do.I am just telling my story and I want to let sellers know that if someone will ask them to advertise the message I was asked to advertise in this case, they should refuse this offer because the buyer is a scammer.

I am already moving on, but I am mad because I really cant stand these cheaters.If somebody would kindly ask me to perform a gig for him or her for free because he or she really needs that gig, but he/she has no money at this time, maybe for a strong cause, I would do it and I would appreciate the honesty.I just cant stand cheaters.And its not the first time when it happens.Fiver never helped me in such cases.Its not a tragedy, I know, but its so frustrating.

this is why people you have to do something important before u take next step into doing heavy work.



1: Customer orders a gig spends $500 usd or $xxxxxx amount

2: do not start your work , get hold of fiver staff fast , tell them to veryify if the payment is legit , level2 and above get high priority support so expect a response within a day



when you write to support try keep your ( subject ) short as possible , use words that will make them look at your report.



tell them u are about to do the work and delivery it ,maybe they can fight with paypal despute , because they seen you done your work.

NEXT TIME DONT START WORK TAKE YOUR TIME , IF YOU SE BIG ORDERS LET SUPPORT KNOW ABOUT IT LET THEM DO FURTHER INVESTIGATION ON THAT USER

I no longer set the delivery of my gig on same day. This has killed more sales and also increased the cancellation. Another thing I explicitly ask the buyer to contact me in case of questions.This also helps with buyer who are here to exploit or want to take benefit of low cost. Have documentation in your gig delivery if it is anything other than graphics or video, this helps with your deliverables case. Buyers can be pain sometimes but if we set thing straight there wont be much of an issue in trade.
