Unjustified low rating

Hi everybody,



I am working on Fiverr, Blogger specialized.



I had a “change Blogger background image” gig, somebody has ordered it and until now all is fine, I have delivered his job, and after that he has asked me to add Adsense ads on his blog.



When I have said that it’s not part of the gig and I cannot do that too, he leave one star rating, and the problem is my positive rating was 100% 5 stars, and now it is not.



What should I do to fix this issue ? Am I right to claim this ?
