What is the actual time limit for a buyer to mark an order as completed

When i delivered an order,it said “your order will be marked as complete in 3 days”.

But its been more than 3 days,neither the buyer nor the fiverr team has marked the order complete.

Even in the “manage sales” page, i can see that many of my orders completion date has already passed but still they are not marked as complete.

Is there any time limit for order completion at the buyer’s end or it is tending towards infinity?? 😑 X(

Once you deliver the order, the buyer has 3 days to mark the order as complete or request modification. If the buyer does nothing for 72 hours after you delivered the order, the order is automatically marked as complete. Sometimes it takes a bit more than 72 hours for the order to be marked as completed.

Reply to @harishbudhwani: That’s strange. Has there been a modification request? If not, it could be a bug, so I suggest submitting a ticket to the Customer Support.

No there has been no modification request.

And it happens too often.I thought to contact customer support but they reply so late that i believe till that time it will be marked as completed.

Reply to @harishbudhwani: It might happen with their speed, yes, but at least you’d alert their techies that there’s a problem, so they might prevent it from happening in the future.

This can be problems with fiverr contact support and describe your problem! I had the same problem!
