tonnyc
Fiverr is experiencing major technical problems. It seems that they in the bid to go “GLOBAL” has introduced a caching network that does not work! This affects anyone not in close proximity to and “OLD” Fiverr network, the US works and as far as I am aware the UK still works, but most of mainland Europe is affected. This is also the reason for the major drop in search traffic, from many locations Fiverr takes more than 30 seconds to load, if ever. So of course buyers will opt for finding a Gig on some of the gig sites. The defective caching network affects everything from searching, sorting and being able to show GIG videos. ruxandradraws
That’s exactly what I’ve experienced in the last -say- two weeks. I asked my customers -who are mainly from the US-and they told me they’ve encountered bugs and slow loading but that’s pretty much it. While here, in Europe(Romania) Fiverr was completely down almost 12h in 3 different days. In this time in my email there were messages from customers I couldn’t reply to, I had orders to deliver and so on.Oh, and I sent a ticket about this at CS. Want to know their solution? Clean cache and change the browser 😑
