ToDo Jobs need custom descriptions

I really need to organize my tasks and be able to put custom labels on project. So when I am talking to JohnDoe I know that hes the (Duck Concept guy) or whatever. As it is I have to look back almost through a whole conversation to realize "Oh! Thats the guy that wanted the picture of the wolf…"



Instead of Order # 934308490 I want to be able to change that or add a tag to that so I can recognize the project. Can this already be done and i am missing it??? It’s a must have. I spent tons of time trying to figure out whos who.

Checkout iftt.com which is partnered up with fiverr and I think there was an aoption to have your orders organized into a google spreadsheet (That you can than alter) maybe that would help you.

I am really surprised there is not some naming customization here for the orders. I waste a LOT of time searching through messages to figure out what the task was.
