So when I am talking to JohnDoe I know that hes the (Duck Concept guy) or whatever. As it is I have to look back almost through a whole conversation to realize "Oh! Thats the guy that wanted the picture of the wolf…"Instead of Order # 934308490 I want to be able to change that or add a tag to that so I can recognize the project.
