Well you obviously got some negative reviews. According to your World Map you have deleted one of your gigs. Probably the one with the negative reviews.



Deleting gigs that get negative reviews doesn’t help your rating. The negative reviews are still there.



You should never delete gigs. Just contact the person who left the negative review and see if you can persuade them to change it.



But like I said. Deleting gigs that get a negative review does not fix your rating.

I think the best ways of avoiding negative rating,is to always ask for details of the job before delivering it,and also you should always deliver good and quality content to your client thanks.
