I have credit of $5.9, and I can not use this credit due to gig price changed to $6.49

I have some problem with peyment process ,

I have credit of $5.9

and one gig now cost $6.49. (i need to add $0.6)

 

It not give me an option to use my credit and add the difference..

 

what I need to do for using me credit ?
