Ah. Well, in that case, as far as I am aware, the only thing he can do is be patient, and wait until Fiverr chooses to remove his blocked status. I seem to recall seeing another user (at least I think it was another user) that had been blocked by Fiverr, state that he had received an email indicating that, in his case, he would have to wait 45 days.

@seo_master9090 – my advice: be patient. If you broke the rules here on Fiverr, you must accept the consequences of doing so. Fiverr will likely clear your account issues when the time is right according to their site policies.
