I’m in level 2 for 9 months, are there instructions to become à top seller?.

There are no instructions to become a top seller, as TRS status is only gained through the manual choosing of one of the Fiverr employees. If they like your gigs or services, or your interactions on this site, they hold the power to promote your to Top Rated Seller. Otherwise, Level Two is the highest level you can achieve on your own.
