Developing an email list from fiverr customers

I’ve searched the FAQs and the forum and haven’t see this addressed.



How do you develop an email list of your fiverr buyers? Seems like such a basic marketing task I can’t believe it’s not possible, but I can’t find the feature.



In my case, my gig offers tips on increasing website traffic but it has been impacted by Google’s release of Penguin 3.0, and I want to notify my buyers of the change. Do I have to do it one at a time?

Since you are not allowed to communicate with buyers outside of Fiverr, I guess you’ll have to do it one at a time, unless staff can somehow do it for you. My suggestion is to put an update in large letters across the top of your gig description to tell them of the changes. Also, put it into your instructions.
