Seems like such a basic marketing task I can’t believe it’s not possible, but I can’t find the feature.In my case, my gig offers tips on increasing website traffic but it has been impacted by Google’s release of Penguin 3.0, and I want to notify my buyers of the change. holisticwriter Posted November 24, 2014 Share Posted November 24, 2014 Since you are not allowed to communicate with buyers outside of Fiverr, I guess you’ll have to do it one at a time, unless staff can somehow do it for you. My suggestion is to put an update in large letters across the top of your gig description to tell them of the changes. Also, put it into your instructions.
