Buyer is the king

I don’t know what is happening here. Now Fiverr CS only protect their buyer, no matter how badly they do.

As long as they’re aggressive, CS finds all way to support them.

What about seller? the people who give commission each month to the site also? I’m so frustrated with the way how CS solve the issue with bad buyer. It seem we seller are not protected from any threats here.

Anyone experience sth like this?

Just to update and show my gratefulness to CS: The issue is solved by Jenny from CS after a few rounds of communication. It seems the issue was going bad at first, but now the bad buyer account is deleted from our community and his/her unreasonable feedback is removed also. Fiverr CS did great decision and really get my faith on this community back. Thank you.
